After MCL and ACL surgery, I felt like I wasn’t getting everything I needed from physical therapy alone. I started looking into trainers at my gym and Kyle was that guy. He helped rebuild my confidence and strength from the ground up. My leg strength has improved tremendously, my movement feels solid again, and I’m constantly learning. Kyle is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain the why behind the work, and recovery anytime. This isn’t random training—this is intentional, smart, and results-driven. I've been a member of Lifetime Fitness for 3 1/2 years now. When my husband and I decided to start our workout journey, we signed up with Thaddeus Winston. At the time Thaddeus was at the Castle Creek location in Indianapolis, IN. Thaddeus is the kind of trainer who you want to have in your corner. He's kind in spirit and patient, very respectful and good at motivating you. He is extremely knowledgeable in the realm of physical fitness. He has a passion for learning, which is evident. Thaddeus keeps up with the latest techniques and continues to learn and explore the realm of exercise science. My husband and I had great results in a rather short period of time. Thaddeus did a full assessment of my form and of my capabilities, and devised a personal workout plan tailored to my specific goals and needs. We enjoyed Thaddeus so much that we even devoted a weekend to travel to Easton,OH to have a session with him! If you're blessed to be in the Easton area be sure to give Thaddeus a try!

Working with Kyle Smith has truly changed the way I view the gym and myself. I am a bodybuilder and Kyle is my coach. Working with him has helped me have fun in the gym (with detail oriented workouts specific for me), eat the foods I love (while hitting my macros), and he has taken the time to learn about me and what I want to look like in the future. He has already helped achieve some of my goals I didn’t think were possible. I can now bench a plate on each side for 4 reps and squat 3 plates on each side for 8 reps. Kyle has helped me lift heavier than I ever have!

I work out at EASTON Lifetime Fitness 4 to 5 days a week. I enjoy the staff Olivia, Julie Jolly, Sabrina and Holliday. The trainers and other individuals are outstanding they treat you more like Family. They have designed many programs accommodate people’s needs. I have encourage family and friends to join. Plus, we have the best Christmas luncheon with over 130 people to attend. Come and join EASTON Lifetime Fitness.😇

I love going to LifeTime Easton. This gym has great amenities and the personal trainers, specifically Joey Ensley, is knowledgeable, friendly and creative with his workout routines. I would highly recommend setting up a 1:1 training session if you’re new to working out and he’s also great with putting together challenging workouts for more advanced gym goers.
